- Flexible deployment: offering a solution adaptable for either cloud-based or on premise implementation.
- The programs are funded through various mechanisms, such as tax credit allocations for multifamily rental development or rehabilitation, loans and grants for rental and homeownership initiatives, and tax-exempt bond financing.
- The implementation of the optimal financial system suite shall enable agency to streamline and enhance its reporting and financial management processes in a cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency in its role as a public housing authority.
