The Vendor is required to provide enterprise telephony and WAN connectivity expansion services in-house.
- Implement current 10Gbps circuit to 100Gbps circuit
- Ensuring geo-diversity in Internet Service providers and location to provide redundancy and reliability
- Ensuring limited downtime of existing service during Implement
- Implement, Test, and validate native Microsoft Teams SMS functionality
- Vendor will adhere to agency billing schedule.
- provide agency with 24/7 phone support on SBC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Onsite support window for resolving issues if needed must be less than 2 hours from initial call.
- Provide technical support for the Vendor on-site engineer during the installation, migration, cutover and implementation testing.
- Each IP Telephony call can consume up to approximately 80 Kbps of bandwidth.
- Adequate bandwidth to support agency voice, video and data traffic volume demands over the network.
