The Vendor is required to provide environmental compliance consulting services for its various regulatory needs, including but not limited to:
• Air Quality Testing, Permitting, and Reporting;
• Source Registration and Greenhouse Gas Emissions;
• Noise Assessments;
• Water/Wastewater;
• Regulatory Training.
- The agency may request additional small-scale tasks related to its environmental compliance programs include:
• Emission calculations;
• Noise assessments;
• Permit applicability determinations;
• Regulatory reviews;
• Environmental reporting;
• Environmental program development and implementation support;
• Related training.
- Timely submission of all required regulatory reports and documentation.
- Development and maintenance of accurate recordkeeping systems.
- Support for agency compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Comprehensive training programs tailored to agency environmental compliance needs.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
