The vendor is required to provide environmental services may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Project management and coordination
• National environmental policy act compliance support
• Clean water act compliance support
 • State regulation 87, dredge and fill program compliance support
 • Watershed restoration design and construction oversight services
 • Clean air act compliance support
 • Biological resources support
 • Cultural resources support.
