RFP Description
The Vendor is required to provide integration developer services to the ERP program management office to support the planning and execution of integration tasks to support the ERP implementation.

• Technical expertise on Workday ERP system integration designs.
- Data Analysis:
• Analyze existing integration artifacts and system remediation information to understand requirements for each system to integrate with workday.
- Integrations:
• Working with the integrations architect, design and implement integrations leveraging best practices for efficiently providing for the ingress and egress of data in workday.
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, data security and compliance with data standards and best practices.
• Adhere to best practices in data security and compliance best practices, ensuring that integration systems meet organizational policies and industry standards.
- Testing and validation:
• Assist quality assurance and functional area leads with testing of integrations to validate accuracy, completeness, and adherence to integration requirements and business rules.
• Resolve data integration issues, discrepancies, and errors in collaboration with quality assurance, functional area leads and system integrator team members.
- Documentation:
• Document data integration processes, specifications, and test results for future reference, audit, and training purposes.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with organizational standards and project documentation guidelines.
- Collaboration and communication:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including it work stream project manager, business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure seamless integration of data within the overall project plan.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address questions or concerns related to integration activities.
• Promptly escalate issues related to integrations to the integration architect and it work stream project manager.
- Required skills and knowledge
• Proven experience in workday integrations (workday studio, EIB, workday web services (WWS) and report writer)
• High proficiency of xml, XSLT, and web services (rest, soap) for building integrations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of workday integration experience in both HCM and finance.
• Strong understanding of workday security protocols and role-based access controls.
• Good understanding of common integration tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Good understanding of data mapping, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Higher education experience is a plus.
• Workday pro integrations certification is a major plus.
