RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide that evaluation consultant service for division maternal and child health branch recognize that sexual violence is a preventable public health problem.
-Forms of violence, such as child maltreatment, domestic violence, and intimate partner violence, interconnect with sexual violence.
-The sexual violence prevention program utilizes a public health approach of implementing primary prevention strategies that cross multiple levels of the social-ecological framework and that focuses on sexual violence but also addresses the other interconnected forms of violence.
-Primary prevention strategies are integral in achieving measurable reductions in violence.
-The contractor shall:
•Be based in state;
•Demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience using a public health approach to violence prevention evaluation activities;
•Demonstrate experience and knowledge of the sexual violence primary prevention goals and objectives as defined by the program;
•Provide a resume curriculum vitae and a detailed description of previous projects and/or contracts similar in size and scope of proposed services in state and include points of contact, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers for previous projects;
•Provide three professional references that include names, titles, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers; the agency reserves the right to contact these professional references;
•Knowledge, experience, and familiarity working within the context of policies, rules, and regulations related to procurement processes
•Demonstrate the necessary requirements to contract with the; and
•Reflect professionalism, adhering to the state law of the aloha spirit, state revised statutes.
-The contractor shall secure, at the contractor's own expense, all personnel required to perform this contract.
-The contractor shall ensure that the contractor's employees or agents are experienced and fully qualified to engage in the activities and perform the services required under this contract, and that all applicable licensing and operating requirements imposed or required under federal, state, or county law, and all applicable accreditation and other standards of quality generally accepted in the field of the activities of such employees and agents are complied with and satisfied.
