The vendor is required to provide that event support production services for capturing high-quality video content, managing live event support, and delivering final edited videos promptly and professionally.
- Include for services:
• Camera services:
1. Provide high-quality videography for university events, including but not limited to lectures, conferences, workshops, performances, and ceremonies.
2. Ability to handle both small-scale productions and large-scale productions conferences).
3. Provide and utilize professional-grade equipment to ensure top-tier audio and video quality.
4. Offer multi-camera setups and live streaming options as needed.
• Event support:
1. Provide on-site support for the technical setup and operation of audio-visual equipment during events.
2. Assist with the setup and operation of lighting, sound, and projection systems.
3. Ensure smooth execution of events by coordinating with the university’s event staff and other vendors.
• Post-production:
1. Provide editing services to produce polished final videos, including color correction, sound mixing, and incorporation of graphics or other visual elements as needed.
2. Deliver final videos in various formats suitable for online streaming, archiving, and distribution.
• Deliverables:
1. High-quality, edited video files delivered within an agreed-upon timeline.
2. Raw footage, if requested.
3.Any additional materials, such as event highlights or promotional clips.
