The vendor is required to provide for festival rentals and staffing of the inflatables for city two (2) annual outdoor events held each summer and fall, city and harvest fest.
- City conducts several special events and festivals each year and is soliciting proposals on a wide range of carnival/fair equipment and related staff services to support these festivals.
- Provide all required materials and supplies, and perform services and labor in a safe and legal manner.
- All rental equipment must be in good repair and of a condition that ensures its safe use.
- Service provider shall be responsible for the delivery, set-up, and take down of all rentals; set-up shall be scheduled for the day before the event and take down of all equipment shall be scheduled for immediately following event completion
- All service provider staff, technicians, and/or laborers must be adequately trained and familiar with the equipment to accommodate its proper installation and successful use.
- Provider shall designate a project manager to be the contact person for all goods and services related to the rental.
- The project manager shall confirm and coordinate each rental, schedule the set-up and take down of equipment and advise city of equipment availability
- The project manager named shall be available on a twenty-four (24) hour on-call basis beginning twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the event and ending when all service provider’s equipment is removed from the site.
- A pager, cell phone, or answering service phone number must be provided to city.
