The vendor is required to provide graphic and web design contractor to support the organization’s communications and outreach efforts.
- Agency continues to expand its digital presence and promote evidence-based prevention programs, there is a critical need for professional design services to enhance visual storytelling, improve user experience on digital platforms, and ensure consistent brand alignment across print and web materials.
- The offeror will play a key role in creating compelling graphics, designing marketing collateral, and optimizing website elements to effectively reach youth, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Objectives
• Provide monthly maintenance of website (application and security updates);
• Provide time-sensitive updates to website content and function (depending on the time of the year, different edits will be required) and work may need to be completed outside normal working hours (9am -5pm et); and
• Provide graphic design work as needed.
- Requirement:
• Ensure registration form and map functions appropriately on website;
• Integrate social media accounts with website as needed;
• Provide technical assistance to agency staff on basic functions of WordPress as needed;
• Project management of website and graphic design work;
• Backend and frontend development of website;
• Database integration with website;
• Graphic design work with understanding of specifics needed to optimize on website, email,
and social media channels;
• Approach for developing customized pages outside of WordPress theme kits;
• User interface planning for website;
• Testing and quality assurance for website;
• Search engine optimization;
• Content management platform;
• Staff training for internal management of website as needed;
• All graphics and photos should be optimized for quick loading;
• URLs should be in plain english words vs strings of numbers and/or letters;
• Website performance should be measured on all major browsers (i.e., edge, chrome, Firefox);
• Should include a site analytics tool on the backend to show where users coming from, which pages most visited, what kind of browsers used, etc.;
• Site should be "mobile responsive and device independent" so the site will render on whatever device the user has.
• Website monthly maintenance to include implementation of application and security updates as needed.
