The vendor is required to provide discretionary opportunity announcement (DISC) for qualified entities that provide graphic design services for print, electronic use, and media campaigns.
- The organization must be able to graphically design materials consistent with state branding guidelines and agency brand guidelines for the following uses:

2. Media campaign

3. Digital
• Social media posts - design, animations, images, text (5)
• Social media banner ads (5)
• Digital posters - large and small (5)
4. Conference
• Pullups for conferences (2)
• 10ft conference backdrop (1)
• Presentation slide deck (1)
- Other graphics design
• Agency may request additional graphics design work as needed, which will be paid via hourly rate.
- The organization must work in partnership with agency and other vendors (such as web design, digital services, print services, translation services, media company) that support services such as web-design, digital services, print services, translation services, and media company (if applicable).
- All designs must be translated into up to 16 different languages, vendors that understand ADA compliance, accessibility, plain language and field testing.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
