The Vendor is required to provide for the research, writing, image acquisition, graphic production and installation for interpretive signage panels (a single large panel or several panels) to be installed at the park to educate visitors of the historic significance of the carousel and park.
- Consultant or consultant team will:
• Attend a project kickoff meeting with City staff and project partners to discuss preliminary ideas, themes and preferred locations for the sign panels.
• Based upon input received from City staff and project partners, consultant will prepare draft panels.
• Prepare draft products. Research, write, image acquisition and graphic production.
• Submission of draft products to be reviewed by the City staff.
• Based upon comments received from City staff, revise draft work products as necessary.
• Install sign panels at designated areas.
