The Vendor is required to provide benefit plans include medical, prescription drug, dental, optional term life, accidental death and dismemberment, flexible spending accounts, and an employee assistance program.
- These benefits are offered to a diverse workforce that includes clerical, administrative, technical, academic, professional, maintenance, educational (state colleges and universities), public safety, appointed and elected officials at more than 300 different worksites.
- the large number of State employees, a diverse population and numerous employee work locations, the State sponsors annual benefit fairs during each annual open enrollment period.
- The State historically would conduct 140 or more open enrollment benefit fairs plus 150 or more monthly and/or quarterly wellness events throughout the State each year to answer employee and retiree questions and enhance engagement in the plans offered.
- Provide website updates/maintenance deliverables to include the following:
• WordPress version, theme and plugin updates
• Integration, customization and management of third-party apps
• General consultation for website initiatives
• Graphic design and imagery
• Development tasks
• Content enhancements
• Content creation
• Adherence with accessibility standards as defined by WCAG to at minimum version 2.1
• Copywriting; content refresh; and
• Additional ad hoc support requests
