The vendor is required to provide for an authorized reseller or manufacturer to provide the licenses, hosting, maintenance, and support services for the Content Manager (CM) software.
- The vendor must be able to provide the following requirements:
• 24X 7 Content Manager product support for the licenses listed in the Cost Proposal.
• Two separate environments in cloud service like MS Azure Gov Cloud (Test and Prod)
• Azure AD integration with customer’s Azure AD
• Dedicated https address via WAF filtering
• Migration of customer’s current production Content Manager dataset and document store(s).  
• Active OpenText Partner for OpenText products
• U.S. - based Native English Language Reps   
• Access to Monitor Content Manager server/log/space/event/service  
• Support for deployment of CM client software
• Support for existing Content Manager Integrations
• Provide file server space for document storage of 12 TB plus growth
- Provide a minimum environment for both Dev and Prod consisting of the following:
• At least one File Server to manage Content Manager Prod and Dev Stores
• Primary Workgroup Servers
• Secondary Workgroup Servers
• Content Manager Web Server
• Content Manager API Server   
- provide the support services for Content Manager:
• Provide 24 hours and 7 days a week Content Manager Technical support.
• Support will include but is not limited to the ability to login which gives access to download, create incidents, and read support information/documents located on the Open Text support portal:
o Open Text Support Portal Includes:
a. Open Text Knowledge Base
b. Open Text Documentation
c. Open Text Vulnerability Alerts (Security Advisories)
d. Open Text Support Forums
e. Open Text Patches
f. Open Text Downloads
d. Open Text Service Requests (Incidents)
h. Open Text Chat
- provide hosting services for Content Manager.
- Hosting will include but is not limited to:
• Provide 24 hours and 7 days a week Content Manager Hosting support
• Azure AD integration with customer’s Azure AD
• Dedicated https address via WAF filtering
• Access to Monitor Content Manager server/log/space/event/service  
• Provide file server space for document storage of 12 TB plus growth
• Hosting Service to based in the U.S.
• FedRAMP certified
• Information Security Management ISO/IEC 27001 certified
