- The solution must accommodate a university setting with multiple negotiating units, ensuring compliance with various collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, and institutional policies.
- Implement a system that enhances accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while integrating seamlessly with existing HR, payroll, and work order systems.
- System must have demonstrated the capability to integrate with additional university systems (such as payroll, agency), including accepting file feeds for new employment and employee record changes, synchronizing supervisor changes from a separate tracking system, and populating information into two separate work order systems for campus facilities.
- Must have worked with a university with similar payroll/size of at least a minimum of 8,000 users, in addition to multiple negotiating units with unique time and attendance roles
- Provide to transition to a single, comprehensive time and attendance solution that will standardize processes across all departments, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency in time tracking and reporting.
- Employees expect access to a user-friendly, self-service portal where they can request leave, review their time records, and clock in and out, if applicable.
- Campus supervisors anticipate an automated workflow to approve time submissions, leave requests, and overtime, enhancing efficiency and reducing administrative burdens, including the elimination of paper timesheets.
