RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide the human resources strategy, human resources' objective is to ensure timely investigations and resolution of workplace concerns and complaints to ensure healthcare workers and leaders receive the support they need and feel valued and respected throughout the process.
- The service should provide consultants who are highly skilled with the ability to conduct workplace investigations, as well as provide a written report on all information, conclusions, recommendations and proposed implementation approach, along with other recommended resources / services to support the post investigation plan and in support of workplace remediation.
- HR organizational structure/ service delivery model required to support health agency
- Review and recommendations related to policies, practices and audit control mechanisms within HR as well as between HR and finance
- Best practice recommendations related to HR policies, practices, and programs that align with health agency vision, mission and values
- Position the HR portfolio to ensure equitable and consistent application of policies and practices
- A review and recommendations of the entire payroll stream and process/policy mapping associated with HR-related approvals
- Key metrics and dashboards
- Roadmap of key priorities for the HR portfolio that will form the basis for the future people strategy
- address gaps in service delivery that may be a result of HR skill or competency deficiencies, team composition, and HR-related technology.
