The Vendor is required to provide suppliers that can deliver an effective human risk management (HRM) service or suite of services to meet and advance university specific needs as part of its system wide approach to education, reviewing and creating a culture of cyber awareness.  
- Solution must incorporate actionable, measurable, supportable items that are self-sustainable, utilizing industry best practice.
- Comprehensive training on operating and managing the solution shall be provided.

• Design and deploy an HRM system that integrates seamlessly with existing organizational systems and processes.
• Ensure compatibility with both on premise and cloud-based environments.
• Provide a secure and scalable solution that supports future growth and multi‑campus deployment.

• Employee data management, including profiles, contracts, and historical data.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes.
• Payroll processing and benefit management integration.
- Talent Management
• Performance review workflows and goal-setting tools.
• Learning and development modules for employee upskilling.
• Succession planning and retention strategies.
- Reporting and Analytics
• Provide real-time dashboards and drill-down analytics.
• Generate customizable reports for audit, compliance and strategic decision-making.
- User Experience
• Ensure the system is user-friendly, ADA compliant, and intuitive for both administrators and
end‑users.
• Offer mobile accessibility for key HR functionalities.
• Provide multi-language support, if required.
