The vendor is required to provide industrial hygiene services such as and not limited to: asbestos, lead, mold, and industrial hygiene consulting to assist its safety administrator with analyzing and responding to potential environmental hazards in city facilities.
• Properly licensed and certified personnel to survey and assess potential environmental hazards in city facilities in accordance with industry accepted practices.
• Collect and analyze sample materials in accordance with industry accepted practices.
• Prepare written reports that concisely summarize findings and recommendations.
• Present and defend findings and recommendations to affected city staff.
• Be available to respond within 24 hours of request for services by city.
• On request, provide assistance with special projects (e.g., developing environmental safety training programs, updating environmental safety policies and procedures, etc.).
• Provide industrial hygiene services and consult in project including but not limited to air quality analysis, noise exposure level, lead exposure, and chemical PPE analysis.
