RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide that information technology staff augmentation services for the management, operation, and capital improvement of two airports in the metropolitan area, reagan national (DCA) and state dulls international (IAD) airports.
- provide domestic and international air service to over forty million passengers a year for the mid-city region.
- Provide the services through individual task orders to be defined by the contracting officer's technical representative (COTR) in six (6) areas: application development and architecture, service delivery support, network and datacenter operations, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and technology administration.
- Audio visual technician:
• Advanced knowledge of current enterprise conferencing software.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, current video conferencing systems, and displays.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting av systems.
• Experience providing technical support to clients and end-users, resolving av and basic pc/mac related issues.
• Experience providing av technical support at events and meetings.
• Experience performing site surveys to assess av needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Familiar with safety standards and best practices in all av related activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic ethernet cable installation and repair.
• Knowledge of networking and IP-based av systems
- Technical support specialist i:
• Experience supporting it end points such as pcs, printers, wired, and wireless devices.
• Equipped with basic technical support services toolkit
- Technical support specialist ii:
• Progressive and continuous experience providing technical support.
• Seasoned resolving complex troubleshooting, tracking, and analyzing logs.
• Experienced coordinating with third-party components
• Working knowledge of node.js, angular, application security framework, ionic, Javascript object notation [json], real-time databases, hypertext markup language [html5], css3, git, web application program interfacing [API], chrome OS, Drupal, workday, salesforce, Locus labs, AWS, swift, azure, google cloud, SharePoint, o365, GIS, EAM/CMMS, CLMS, plc and bas, MUFIDS, CUPPS, IOT, airports systems, saml2.0, OAUTH 2.0, and other web authentication and authorization techniques.
• Comfortable conducting ad-hoc training for end-users and product demonstrations
- Technical support specialist iii:
• Able to assist in functional and its analysis, design, development, integration, and implementation.
• Support the design and preparation of technical reports and documentation
• Conduct ad-hoc training for end-users.
• Participates in all phases of its systems development
• Hands on knowledge of node.js, angular, application security framework, ionic, JavaScript object notation [JSON], real-time databases, hypertext markup language [html5], css3, git, web application program interfacing [API], chrome OS, Drupal, workday, salesforce, Locus labs/acuity, AWS, swift, azure, google cloud, share point, o365, GIS, EAM/CMMS, CLMS, plc and bas, MUFIDS, CUPPS, IOT, airports systems, saml2.0, OAUTH 2.0, and other web authentication and authorization techniques.
• Must hold an ITIL, version 3, intermediate level certification.
- Technical support specialist entry-level:
• Works to deliver excellent technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness by practicing total contact ownership for all it related issues to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable receiving trouble calls and documenting ticket information.
• Familiarity assessing tier i problems and troubleshooting/diagnosing remotely on commonly used software, hardware, applications.
• Able to query frequently asked questions.
• Current in technical and service skills.
- Information technology auditor:
• To identify information processing and technology risks.
• To review the installation and security related controls for a wide variety of computing platforms, including operating systems, sub-systems, databases, and software products used to support the processing environment
• Knowledge of preparing and performing audit tests and evaluating results.
• To provide documentation of audit tests to facilitate efficient and effective reviews.
