The Vendor is required to provide elective health, dental, vision and life insurance, and employer provided life insurance.
- The policy will cover participating employees as members of a group.
- Employees may elect to participate in this group policy.
- Coverage extends to the employee and family.
- For initial enrollment and annual open enrollment, no evidence of insurability shall be required.
- No pre-existing condition exclusion will apply under this policy.
- The insuring agency must provide information/reports for compliance reporting.
- The insuring agency shall provide a recorded new hire orientation on its product utilizing PowerPoint, video or other resources compatible with the county’s learning management system (LMS) such as SCORM file, video file that converts to vimeo software.
