The vendor is required to provide investment advisory services to include, but not limited to the following:  
• Non-discretionary investment management of the university’s operating portfolio and when applicable dedicated portfolios.
• Prepare and submit monthly reporting on the total operating investment program including portfolio holdings, performance measurement, and compliance to the university investment policy.
• Periodically meet with the university to present portfolio reviews, regulatory changes, economic
outlook, and other related topics.
• Assist in the development of investment program bench marking and strategy and review updates to the investment policy.
• Provide educational support to university investment personnel related to the management of the
investment program.
