The Vendor is required to provide IT systems services group and enterprise technology & services (ET&S) project management office are requesting proposals from qualified firms that can provide various IT-related services including:
• Business analysis
• Project management
• Organizational change management
• Development
• System administration
• Database administration
- Core competencies/areas of expertise for it services
• Identify the industries that you’re firm and it consultant staff have the majority of experience with. (E.g. healthcare, higher education, financial services, etc.)
• Provide the business function that your firm and it consultant staff have a core competency and large amount of experience working in such as human resources, cybersecurity, finance, procurement, student information systems, etc.
• If your firm or IT consultant staff have an area of expertise in business analysis, organizational change management, and/or project management experience leading it implementation, upgrade, or modernization efforts, provide detail on projects in these areas in the last three (3) years.
• Include examples showing the scope and complexity of the nature of the work.
• If you’re firm or IT consultant staff have an area of expertise in DevOps practices, modernization of it services, and/or automation of server administration tasks, provide detail on projects in these areas in the past three (3) years.
