The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive laboratory testing program to the city employees, including those subject to act department regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Initial and pre-employment drug testing.
• Post-accident drug testing.
• Random drug testing.
• Reasonable suspicion drug testing.
• Return-to-duty drug testing.
• Follow-up drug testing.
• Comprehensive blood chemistry panels.
• Complete blood counts with differential.
• Lipid panels.
• Urinalysis.
• Blood lead testing.
• Vaccine titers.
- Confirmation tests should include the following identified drugs or compounds:
• Heroin
• Morphine
• Hydromorphone
• Propoxyphene
• Methadone
• Codeine
• Barbiturates
• Cannabidiol (CBD)
