The vendor is required to provide legal notices and advertisement services according to state and local government laws.
- The county reserves the right to add or delete departments, divisions and outside agencies at its discretion.
- Notices and advertisements will be provided either by email or hardcopy.
- All formats are microsoft word documents or microsoft excel spreadsheets.
- Vendors may list other options for sending in advertisement notices such as an online service.
- Vendors shall submit with their response the following relative to their publication.
• Total number of subscriptions, online and printed hardcopy
• Number of areas of distribution points
• Total number of copies sold at distribution points.
