RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide a wage, benefit, and salary study for our management employees.
- Qualified firms would be able to determine external competitiveness of our management positions.
- Authority previously engaged in and developed an updated salary structure for our public/civil service employees based on a comprehensive salary evaluation and study with local and other industry members.
- This updated salary structure was based on several evaluation factors to make authority competitive with both public and private sector organizations serving similar affordable housing and maintenance services.
- It is our intention to evaluate and create a similar structure for our current and future management staff.
- Authority has approximately 10 management positions and 13 total employees that would be subject to this study.
- Provided by a qualified firm will include:
1. In consultation with the client, identify appropriate organizations to be surveyed.
2. Design market survey.
3. Obtain representative sampling of salary and benefit data.
4. Obtain representative sampling of benefit data for not only the employee but for spouse and non-spouse household members.
5. Identify benchmark positions.
6. Analyze survey results.
- Conduct on-site interviews as necessary to review compensable factors such as level and complexity of job functions, responsibilities, skills, supervisory role and relationships, and minimum job qualifications of those positions contained in the study.
