The vendor is required to provide mass notification system that should be included but not limited to:
• Send out messages, announcements, reminders, and emergency communication (lockdown) etc.
• Send messages across multiple platforms (telephone, e-mail, text message, etc.)
• A mobile-browser-friendly website for staff, designed and optimized to display and function seamlessly on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.
• This website must utilize single sign-on with microsoft Entra ID and AzureAD.
• Although our current student information system (sis) is power school, the service must be compatible with other vendors.
• Ability to build customized address lists within the system by specified subgroups, including Spanish-language parents, grade level, school-by-school messaging, and school-by-school breakouts by language.
• Automated language translation based on the recipient's language specified in the sis.
• Ability to send messages in an expedited fashion during emergencies.
• Emergency override to message all users at one time
• Seamless power school integration:
1. Ability to schedule attendance messages, including tardies, by individual school
2. All late and tardy actions must be able to be performed within the power school GUI without the need for power school auto send w/ftp uploads or other external data transfer service
3. Direct data pulls through a power school plug-in to the notification provider
4. Integrated messaging from within power school GUI
5. Ability to send school progress reports and report cards with direct data pull from power school
6. Ability for teachers to send reports from power school gradebook
7. Automated language translation based on the recipient's language specified in power school
8. Ability to create specific rosters for clubs, athletics, student activities, etc. • Messages can be sent both from within power school and an externally hosted site for designated users without power school access.

• Computer-based dashboards can be set up for multiple managers and group managers, including granular access by school with the ability to override at the district level.
