The vendor is required to provide strategic leveraging name, image, and likeness (NIL) provide strategic NIL-related services including fair market valuation guidance, marketplace development, education, and policy-aligned support to ensure a positive and compliant NIL experience for student-athletes and institutional stakeholders.
1. NIL market insights and valuation guidance
• Conduct market research and provide agency benchmarks for fair market value of NIL opportunities across sports, demographics, and digital metrics.
• Deliver a framework or tool to assist student-athletes in assessing the market value of NIL engagements.
2. Marketplace facilitation support
• Advise agency on the development or enhancement of a NIL deal facilitation platform, system, or vendor partnered solution.
• Recommend operational workflows, deal intake processes, and institutional review procedures that align with existing university and NCAA policies.
3. Compliance-oriented consulting
• Provide guidance on maintaining compliance with NCAA rules, state NIL regulations, and university
procedures.
• Assist in identifying potential areas of institutional risk and offer recommendations for internal process alignment.
4. Education and student-athlete empowerment
• Deliver NIL education to student-athletes, coaches, and administrators, including topics such as branding, contracts, sponsorship readiness, financial awareness, and personal promotion.
• Develop and distribute educational materials in digital and print formats.
5. Ongoing strategic support
• Provide regular consultation and responsive advisory services throughout the contract term.
• Attend periodic strategic meetings to assess performance metrics, industry developments, and evolving needs.
