- Organization has been searching for a new student engagement platform for some time now.
- this software is to better serve our currently registered student organizations with a one stop shop for forms, resources from the office, and the ability to house all of their organization information through a platform that is free to them and easy to transition to the next set of leaders.
- We are also purchasing this software to showcase involvement opportunities to current students and future students.
- secure a platform in a timely manner, begin working on the implementation process, and roll out the new software by the first day of classes for the fall 2025 semester.
• Providing a platform that allows the department to host all of its forms and documents in one place and make them readily available to our student organizations.
• Providing a space for student organizations to promote themselves and their events and activities.
• Assisting in the implementation and roll out the usage of the platform no later than Monday, August 25th, the first day of fall classes.
• Providing easy access to customer service representatives for trouble shooting the platform.
