The vendor is required to provide all the following elements as contained herein.
- This commodity will have a fixed-fee structure, paid monthly, for digital portal access to mission-critical information to all department office locations throughout state.
- The tier of the commodity to be provided includes the following:
• Unlimited department user account creation capability (approximately 4500 users in 2023) and simultaneous live usage including printing, downloading, and search capabilities for up to ten users at a given time.
• Automatic updates of standards (preferred daily); most current versions of standard posted on the digital portal.
• Cross reference capability between standards (embedded hotlinks that reference other required standards).
• Automatic email alert service capability indicating when standards are updated, cancelled, or superseded. - The tier of the commodity to be provided includes the following:
• Training and technical support. on-site training when requested by the department and online educational training for users available 24/7.
• Technical customer support is available during standard business hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST, excluding state holidays.
• The department’s capability to purchase Non (american society of testing and materials) ASTM, non-AASHTO, and non-ACI documents (iso, etc.) through vendor’s digital portal at additional cost at time of purchase.
• Usage reports in electronic format on a quarterly basis.
• This includes both detailed and summary information regarding department usage levels.
• Data will include time of the day, duration of sessions, user info, database accessed, and documents viewed and date of use.
