The vendor is required to provide that online professional learning opportunities services for faculty and staff members.
- Individual learning needs, faculty and staff members can access and complete online workshops, training sessions, or courses on various pedagogical topics.
- A digital platform or learning management system. while the purpose of this solicitation is to develop online learning opportunities, in person instruction is allowed if it is part of the program you are offering.
- Assessment:
• Vendors capable of delivering high-quality professional development programs that empower school staff to design, implement, and analyze assessments effectively.
• Initiative aligns with federal funding priorities aimed at improving educational outcomes and ensuring equity for all students.
- Community engagement
• To identify a vendor or vendors capable of delivering high-impact professional development programs that enhance the district’s ability to foster collaboration with stakeholders, address the diverse needs of the community, an improve overall student outcomes through active and inclusive community engagement.
- Curriculum
• Vendors capable of delivering high-quality research-based curriculum professional development that supports the district’s efforts to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
• Empower educators to align curriculum with academic standards, differentiate instruction, and address the diverse needs of students.
- Environment
• To identify a vendor or vendors capable of delivering high-quality, research-based professional development programs that address the unique dynamics and challenges of various educational environments.
• To promote safety, inclusion, and effective practices that support student engagement and learning, including classroom, school bus, cafeteria, and other specialized settings.
- Instructional practices (pedagogy)
• To partner with a vendor or vendors to deliver high-quality professional development programs that empower educators to implement instructional and pedagogical practices tailored to diverse student populations.
• Support equitable access to learning and foster academic growth for all students.
- Trade professionals
• Vendors with proven experience in delivering professional development training tailored to trade professionals in public education settings.
• On equipping participants with the latest industry standards, safety protocols, compliance with federal and state regulations, and best practices in their respective trades.
- Professional leadership training and development
• A vendor or vendors with proven experience in professional leadership training and or development.
• To cultivate leadership qualities such as communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and instructional leadership, ensuring that school leaders can foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere
• The leadership training is to enhance the overall effectiveness of school operations, improve student outcomes, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment where educators and students thrive.
