The vendor is required to provide the judicial department with an online professional networking platform to enhance job visibility and attract a diverse and highly qualified candidate pool.
- The platform must have the capability to reach millions of potential applicants, ensuring broad exposure for open positions within the judicial department.
- Specified responsibilities, services and deliverables:
a. An implementation, testing and full deployment timeline.
b. Technical and customer support services throughout the term of the contract that includes, at a minimum, the following:
• A comprehensive training session for hr staff along with onboarding materials.
• Technical documentation that outlines platform capabilities, security measures, and compliance standards.
• A dedicated customer support contract for technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Provides platform updates and enhancements to maintain optimal performance.
• Provide communication and marketing materials.
c. Deliver and support an online professional networking platform that allows for, at a minimum, the
following:
• Creation of both standard and featured job posting for enhanced visibility.
• Broad distribution capabilities to job seekers across industries and locations.
• Employer branding options, including company profiles and multimedia content.
• Job alerts and notifications to subscribed candidates based on job preferences.
d. Compliance and security that, at a minimum, includes the following:
• Compliance with state and federal hiring regulations, including equal employment opportunity commission (EEOC) guidelines.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality aligned with industry standards and state policies.
• Accessibility features complaint with the Americans with disabilities act (ADA) and web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• No third-party data sharing permitted without explicit written consent from the judicial department.
e. Platform reporting and analytics that, at a minimum, includes the following:
• Real-time tracking of job posting performance (views, applications, engagement rates, etc.).
• Reports on audience demographics and candidate engagement trends.
• A customizable dashboard for HR analytics and insights.
• Regular performance reports and analytics on job posting success rates.
- Schedule for delivery of contractor-provided services and deliverables:
1. Platform configuration within 60 days of contract execution.
2. Testing and user training completed within 90 days of contract execution
• Platform testing will include the judicial department’s career services team to validate features, usability, and data security.
• Platform training of the judicial department’s career services on functionalities, including job postings, employer engagement, and analytics.
3. Full implementation and go-live no later than 120 days of contract execution.
4. Conduct quarterly performance review meetings to assess platform effectiveness.
5. Provide quarterly reports detailing, at a minimum, the following:
• Job posting engagement metrics
• Candidate application trends
• Technical issues and resolutions
- Non-financial obligations of the judicial department:
• Designate HR personnel to oversee job postings and employer branding efforts.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide feedback and necessary data for platform performance evaluations and contract oversight.
• Collaborate with the contractor on reporting and data analysis needs.
