The Vendor is required to provide third-party payroll and human resources information system (HRIS) provider.
- Payroll and HRIS provider should have extensive capabilities that automates and centralizes HR payroll and HRIS in a single software that integrates with the existing HRIS system (Empower) and external systems.
- Specific services:
• Payroll and tax management including out of state tax applications
• Benefits management
• Recruiting, talent management, applicant tracking
• Employee onboarding
• Performance management
• Learning management system
• Dashboard and reporting/analytics
• Leave management including accrual management
• Mobile platform capabilities/ time and attendance management
• Security and compliance
• Integration with external agencies/platforms
• Integration with internal platforms including Empower
• Meet Federal Work Study payment certification requirements/ perform other related duties as necessary.
