RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide phone and call center service to operations and maintain a 24/7 staffed warm line that connects military personnel, veterans, and their family members to support and resource connections.
- Warmline services for behavioral health referral and toll free phone line services to provide the connectivity.
- Warmline is a 24/7 line that provides answering services for service members, veterans, and their families (SMVF) callers in need of behavioral health, crisis and support service.
- Warmline provider will transfer active crisis calls to 988 on a 24/7 basis
- Eligible Applicants must:
•Target the delivery of services facilitated for individuals who identify as part of the military-connected community to include service members, veterans, and their families.
• Engage phone line service to provide toll free access to referrals and resources
• Engage 24/7 call center service to provide warm line services and connect callers to mcv for behavioral health referrals and resources.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
