The vendor is required to provide the provision of an on-call software system for use by our physicians and/or any other roles or departments who may need to utilize an on-call system.
- Provide a user-friendly, web-based system that will allow upstate 24/7 access to on-call information for primary use by our physicians but also other departments as necessary.
- This information should also be able to be added to, changed, updated, and available for communication and information gathering for all users that have access to this system.
- Administrators and clinicians should be able to update, add and request swaps for on-call on a 24/7 basis.
- This information must also be able to interface to other systems such as our electronic medical record system.
- Provide a time saving and secure solution for our providers and staff to manage the recording, tracking, and interfacing of the physician and other departmental on-call schedules.
- The on-call software automation should be able to save countless hours of manual entry when creating these automated schedules.
- The on-call software must allow upstate medical university hospital and its departments to maintain on-call schedules.
- Solution must be web-based.
