The vendor is required to provide for printing, binding, packaging, warehousing and delivery of state.
- Set up, maintain and keep up to date a filing system of the most current version of all pamphlets.
- The artwork will not reproduce clearly (i.e. broken type, plugged type, etc.), the contractor must immediately, and prior to printing, advise the province.
- The contractor must maintain a filing system of original artwork.
- The contractor, in its sole discretion, may use paper, metal plates, or digital reproduction to produce the pamphlets.
- Page trim size is 6” wide x 9” high, unless otherwise specified by the province.
- The contractor shall use cover paper stock (used for perfect bound books): 65lb lynx cover; if such paper is not available, the contractor must obtain the written consent of the province to use different paper; this paper must be of equal or better quality; consent of the province shall not be unreasonably withheld.
- The contractor must print in black ink unless otherwise directed by the province.
- Camera ready artwork is provided it will be supplied as a laser output 1200 dpi resolution single sided at 100% and positioned on an 8.5” x 11” page with no corner marks.
- Loose-leaf releases consisting of spine labels, instruction sheets, and any other enclosures must be shrink-wrapped together.
