• Auditing of privileges that have been granted, including the usage of those privileges
- The Solution should manage privileged access to applications, databases, servers, and devices. It should support migration of our existing privileged account information into the Solution prior to the Solution’s launch, and it should provide a high level of performance and availability after it is deployed.

• Too many manual steps in the processes to grant and manage privileges
• Lack of continuous audits and visibility regarding both the privileges that are in place and the use of those privileges
• Lack of a just-in-time, least-privilege approach
• Automated workflows and processes for privileged access management
• More consistency in how privileged access is managed
• Increased visibility into what privileges are in place, and into how those privileges are used
• Audits to help identify where we should focus our attention to reduce the risk of abuse of privileges
• The Solution will provide centralized management of a subset of local and domain administrative accounts, including the following functionality: disabling accounts, resetting passwords, and monitoring actions taken by the accounts in the last thirty days.
