The vendor is required to provide that professional hydrogeological services including water/wastewater management, stormwater management, public works, administration, economic development, finance, information technology, parks & recreation, fire and human resources.
- Its residents with over a dozen city park, a tennis center, a golf course, an aquatics center, and more than 125 miles of connecting multiuse pathways for walking, running, and bicycling.
- To water supply planning and development, water and/or consumptive use permitting, monitoring data evaluation, permit compliance monitoring and any other related assignments.
- Construction oversight services and turn-key design/construction services to permit, design and/or construct, and/or repair and test new and existing wells, and associated well head appurtenances and pumps.
- Professional services may include, but shall not be limited to, the following areas:
• Water supply
o Water source development.
o Supply and monitoring well design and construction.
o Supply well, aquifer performance tests.
o Water quality analysis and evaluation.
o Potable and non-potable aquifer storage and recovery (ASR).
o Supply well repairs and rehabilitation
• General utility
o Emergency well field power.
o Ordinance review and development.
o Grants and other financial opportunities related to water supply.
• Permitting- (all permits required to drill and construct a well)
o Consumptive use permit.
o reuse permitting.
o Operation and maintenance performance reports.
o County and local permitting.
• Construction administration
o Pre-construction conferences.
o Shop drawing reviews.
o Change order development.
o Testing process.
o Construction observation
o Certification process
o Signed and sealed record drawings
