RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide that professional service.
- Provide one (1) resident field engineer to be an operations/ support role and serve as the main point of contact on behalf of the agency. they will be managing and responsible for the following activities: manage and oversight of the company assigned technical resource.
- Coordinate all onboarding and optimization activities with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide a technical resource responsible for hands-on delivery of and configurations required of any third-party network resources
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company environment to include post migration “break / fix” services
- Perform level 1 (l1) and level 2 (l2) support, and if needed, engage with company technical expert services resources and, when necessary, company technical support by opening support tickets with company for identified defects, bugs, degradation, incidents, and/or problems with the company platform.
- Provide customer project staff contact details and roles/responsibilities.
- Provide read / write access to company project team members with access to the customer’s company tenant to both investigate, and review configuration
- Provide timely status reports and update on the deliverables including but not limited to:
• Detailed implementation plan
• Configuration and setup
• Integration with existing systems
• Testing and quality assurance
• Documentation and guides
• Project status reports
• Final project report
- Provide training to department personnel.
- The training shall cover the following topics:
• Administration of the ZTNA solution
• Troubleshooting and debugging techniques
• Best practices for configuring and managing the ZTNA solution
- Department of information technology responsibilities:
• Provide 5,500 company licenses in year 1 and an additional 6,000 company licenses in year 2.
• The total number of licenses will be 11,500 by the end of year 2.
• Provide company enterprise migration services.
• Provide access to necessary infrastructure and systems for assessment and implementation.
• Participate in design review sessions and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure internal teams are available for training sessions.
• Allocate resources for user acceptance testing (UAT).
