The vendor is required to provide professional services for include:
• Attending a project kick-off meeting with agency staff. 
• This meeting could be remote. 
• Load rating verification for 24 select bridges within the agency bridge inventory 
• Updating existing structure inventory data (currently in spreadsheet form) to comply with the latest specifications for the national bridge inventory (SNBI) for the same 24 bridges. 
• The corresponding SNBI items that are tied to national bridge inventory (NBI) items 40, 63,64f, 64m, 65, 66 and 70 will require updating. 
• Update the provided load rating model(s) if there are discrepancies or errors found. 
• Provide summary documentation of changes made to the model(s) 
• Update the existing “SNBI” spreadsheet items that correspond with the updated load rating. 
• Seal and sign the “bridge load rating summary sheet”. 
• A summary sheet for each bridge has been created by the agency. 
• The corresponding changes to the SI & A for each structure as a result of the load rating will be updated in MiBridge. 
• The same results will be provided as a part of the SNBI spreadsheet update requirement.
