RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide professional training services that may include content development, delivery of training, or facilitation requests on a wide range of topic relevant to the state’s workforce.
- Employee development training services includes instructor-led classroom or virtual sessions, online self-paced training, and blended training; organizational development facilitation may include topics such as teambuilding activities, strategic planning, 360-degree feedback, etc.
- The state seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive employee development training services, including instructor-led classroom or virtual sessions, online self-paced training, blended training, team building, strategic planning, and training facilitation services.
- Aims to identify and select training providers capable of developing and delivering services tailored to enhance the skills and knowledge of the State’s workforce and foster professional development.
- Classroom Training: Develop and deliver in-person instructor-led training sessions focusing on key competencies and skills required for State employees.
- Virtual Training: Develop and deliver live, interactive virtual training sessions that are as quality and engaging as classroom-based training.
- Online Training: self-paced eLearning modules accessible to state employees, covering various topics relevant to their roles.
- Blended Training: A combination of self-paced online content and instructor-led training (classroom or virtual).
- Organizational Development Facilitation: Guide and facilitate activities or planning sessions that foster collaboration, communication, and productivity among State employees or assist State agency leadership in developing or aligning their goals and priorities with broader organizational objectives.
- Strategic Planning Facilitation: Guide and facilitate strategic planning sessions to assist State agency leadership in developing or aligning their goals and priorities with broader organizational objectives.
- Training Facilitation: Guide and manage group learning experiences to help participants achieve specific learning objectives.
- Content Development: design, creation, and delivery of engaging and effective learning materials to enhance workforce skills and performance; these services include the development of training modules, instructional guides, e-learning courses, job aids, workshops, and assessments.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
