The Vendor is required to provide to serve as engineer of record for public works related engineering needs.  
- The desired result will be a blanket contract for engineering services, on an as-needed basis, for a variety of work including, but not limited to stormwater-related planning, permitting, design, utility coordination, and construction support services for the delivery of county.
- Projects may include:
• Hydraulic and hydrologic studies;
• Culvert and bridge design;
• Construction, engineering, and inspections;
• Soils, foundation, and materials testing;
• Survey (boundary, as-built, topography, etc.);
• Utility coordination;
• Right-of-way acquisition;
• Erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control plans;
• Environmental permitting;
• Environmental surveys (wetland delineation, state water determination, etc.);
• Procurement (e.g. preparing specifications, invitations to bid, etc.);
• Cost estimating;
• Site planning and design;
• Project management;
• Stormwater management;
• Feasibility studies;
• Plan review;
• Low impact design solutions; and
• Other related services.
