RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide public relations and marketing services to three major components: media relations; web and interactive media; and reputation and branding.
- Media relations
• Propose and implement a media-relations strategy that elevates the exposure of university restores to identified audiences via local, state, and national news, media organizations, and professional journals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for media coverage and work to facilitate that coverage.
• Schedule media interviews for identified faculty to promote university Restores programs.
• Draft news releases promoting treatment programs, faculty and research at university restores, and generate placement of the same with local and national news and media organizations.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of university restores own press releases, story pitches and activities.
• Generate measurable increases in media coverage of university restores expanding programs.
- Web and interactive media
• Develop and implement in close cooperation with university restores a robust social media outreach targeting appropriate audiences on multiple social media platforms in a strategized communications flow that emphasizes engagement.
• Develop and optimize outreach through electronic media such as electronic newsletters and videos and promote that outreach to relevant audiences.
- Reputation and branding
• Develop a podcast that addresses the issue of trauma, traumatic responses, and the work of university restores as well as a plan for distribution.
• Development of all-encompassing print material that tells the story of university restores that can be used in cultivating philanthropy, as well as a support tool in legislative and media relations outreach.
