The vendor is required to provide comprehensive financial advisory and execution services to optimize the financing solutions for the agency real estate portfolio.
- This includes strategic assessment, implementation of improvements, ongoing management, and execution of debt transactions to enhance long-term returns and align with agency financial objectives.
- Conduct an initial assessment of the financing solutions used on the agency real estate portfolio, make recommendations for improvements, assist in the implementation of those changes, and provide ongoing review, management, and execution capabilities alongside the agency real estate team.
- Conduct an initial review and analysis of the agency real estate portfolio that evaluates individual transactions, portfolios, and real estate exposure to optimize from the top-down how financing may be employed to best suit agency short and long-term objectives.
- Agency will provide relevant data on its existing real estate portfolio to facilitate the review and assessment.
- Provide services that include analyzing and recommending potential debt transactions, running a process to determine the optimal lenders, negotiating with lenders, and closing debt transactions, as well as post-closing loan asset management services.
- Must also review, structure, and coordinate existing and new leverage across the portfolio to lower origination costs, lower spreads, smooth and stagger debt maturities and increase long-term returns.
- Must execute the agreed upon services and deliverables.
- At no additional cost to agency, the services may include written reports sent by contractor to its clients separately from regular reporting.
- Provide support services to assist agency with problems, questions, or issues with the services.
