The vendor is required to provide the city strategic input to further the city’s goal of spurring redevelopment of underutilized properties within the city.
- Redevelopment consultants shall have no less than ten (10) years of experience, which may be satisfied by the experience of the principals of the applicable business entity, undertaking redevelopment projects on behalf of redevelopers in one or more state shore towns.
- The redevelopment consultant shall have served in a key development role for such redeveloper(s) in connection with such redevelopment projects, including, without limitation, in securing all applicable permits and approvals, facilitating debt and/or equity financings of such projects, and facilitating construction of such projects through the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
