The vendor is required to provide obtain badging supplies county smart cards, badge holders, lanyards badge clips, armbands, dye film, etc. for the airport.
- The county smart cards and badging supplies shall be provided to all airport employees and contractors for airport identification and access.
- Provide badging supplies to the city that meet all requirements of this specification.
- Provide delivery orders shipped with a per lot minimum of 500 cards, unless otherwise directed in writing by the contract manager.
- Designate a single point of contact (SPOC) in the executed contract.
- The designated SPOC shall be available to airport staff, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., CST.
- The designated contractor’s SPOC shall maintain current skills, knowledge and experience to provide timely responses to the airport contract manager.
- Other badging supplies shall include:
• Badge holders
• Lanyards
• Badge Clips
• Armbands
• Dye Film
- County smart cards shall be part number PVC-CS-HE4-D.
- Requirements:
• White in color
• Cards shall be programmed
• Have no printing, sequencing or numbering
• Have no direct replacement
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
