The Vendor is required to provide video surveillance security camera readiness assessment for county.
- Site Assessment:
• Perform on-site visits to each listed school within the district to evaluate the current video surveillance infrastructure.
• Assess the placement, coverage, and functionality of existing cameras.
• Identify any blind spots or areas lacking adequate surveillance.
- System Evaluation:
• Evaluate the technical specifications and performance of the current camera systems, including resolution, storage capacity, and integration with other security systems.
• Assess the maintenance and operational procedures currently in place.
- Stakeholder Interviews:
• Conduct interviews with school administrators, security personnel, and IT staff to gather insights on the effectiveness and challenges of the current system.
• Collect feedback on desired improvements and additional security needs.
- Data Analysis:
• Analyze the data collected from site assessments and stakeholder interviews.
• Identify trends, common issues, and areas requiring immediate attention.
- Recommendations:
• Develop a comprehensive report detailing the findings of the assessment.
• Provide actionable recommendations for system enhancements, including camera upgrades, repositioning, and integration with advanced security technologies.
• Suggest best practices for ongoing maintenance and monitoring.
- Presentation of Findings:
• Present the assessment report and recommendations to the school district’s leadership team.
• Facilitate a discussion on the proposed improvements and address any questions or concerns.
- Closeout:
• Conduct a final review meeting to ensure all deliverables have been met.
• Provide any additional support or clarification needed by the school district.
