The vendor is required to provide to security installation, repair, troubleshooting, hardware setup, operating system or commercial software installation and configuration, diagnostics and performance tuning to the software house c-cure 9000 access control, avigilon video control systems, and/or milestone video control systems.
- Repair, replacement and installation of components of the security system to include but not be limited to repair, replacement and installation of card readers, software house iSTAR controllers, CCTV’S, cameras, other related hardware, and comprehensive troubleshooting on the software house c-cure 9000 access control, avigilon video control system, and/or milestone video control system.
- Provide maintenance for county security equipment installed by others, including but not limited to locks, card readers and other hardware, on a time and materials basis at the hourly contractor rates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Emergency work or work occurring before or after regular business hours, including 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, will also be on a time and materials basis at the contractor's hourly rates.
