• Influence and recruit students and adults for healthcare careers, including those seeking career changes.
• Focus on rural areas with limited populations to ensure broader reach and impact.
• Expend existing funding by 2026 and establish a sustainable financial strategy.
• Engage external consulting for strategic planning, organizational development, and operational support.
• Conduct cost analysis to assess the true cost of operations, event needs, and expansion efforts.
• Develop sustainability planning to identify funding sources for long-term financial health.
• Optimize operations by reviewing staffing, workloads, and operational goals.
