The vendor is required to provide social listening and content management tool services for include:
• Unlimited social profiles (at least: twitter(x), Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Tiktok)
• Has an all-in-one social inbox (i.e., an account activity area dashboard that compiles social feeds, tags, and information.)
• An online solution that can publish, schedule, draft and queue social media posts that has the following capabilities:
o Features a social content calendar
o Digital asset and content library
o Saved and suggested replies
o Review management (i.e., have the ability to review and edit responses and
o Profiles, keywords and locations monitoring tools
o iOS and android mobile apps
o Message spike alerts for increased message activity
o Chatbots with automation tools
o Inbox rule builder for automated actions
o Message tagging
o Scheduling for optimal send times
o Response rate and time analysis reports
o Trend analysis for twitter keywords and hashtags
o Automated link tracking
o Social reporting for Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
o Ability to grant various levels of access to users • Comprehensive reports should include, but are not limited to: page/post trends, page/post volume, and engagement trend reporting for Facebook, x, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok
• Ability to share data internally or externally with link-sharing.
• Ability to create customized reports around social media metrics.
• Real time social media monitoring and listening capabilities, including tracking of hashtags, keywords, sentiment analysis across all social platforms.
