The vendor is required to provide, deliver and install on the Lehman campus four (4) outdoor solar powered benches, complete with static 30”x60” advertising display with tempered glass protection, solar panels, led lighting, 4@ 2 fast charge dual ports USB-c and USB-a per port, charging pads and lithium batteries. in accordance with this RFQ and the attached site plan(s).
- Benches to be ss304 stainless with wood plastic composite (WPC) seat slats with overhead led lights and tempered glass on lighted advertising display and solar panels.
- 77.77” length x 33.46” width x 122.05” height.  all lights controlled by dusk to dawn sun sensors or equivalent.
- Bench colors to be dark grey – RAL 7016 or equivalent.  
- Solar panel to be 135 watts with tempered glass.
- Static advertising display to include dual led light fixtures of sufficient wattage to illuminate the full advertising panel.  advertising display is faced with 5mm tempered glass panel.
- Bench to incorporate 4 @ 15-watt high speed charging pads and 4 @ 2 fast charge dual ports USB-c and USB-a per port.
- Advertisements:
• Any and all advertisements to be displayed on the benches are subject to the prior written approval of the corporation, in its sole and absolute discretion.
• Licensee shall not display any advertisements regarding the following:
o Alcoholic beverages;
o Tobacco-related products and e-cigarettes;
o Products containing parts or extracts from the cannabis plant such as candies and other foods containing cannabidiol (CBD) oil
o False, misleading or illegal activities;
o Political candidates or issues;
o Credit cards marketed to students;
o Health insurance marketed to students;
o Sexual services and adult entertainment venues;
o Firearms;
o Competing colleges;
o Goods or services that violate any university policy or procedure; or
o Other goods or services deemed by the university, in its sole discretion, to be incompatible with its mission.
