The vendor is required to provide for community-based as well as statewide tobacco education programs that aim to decrease youth/child tobacco and nicotine use, lessen exposure to secondhand smoke and vapor, and increase successful youth and adult quit attempts.
- A comprehensive tobacco control program must include community-led efforts to use media campaigns to promote participation in tobacco treatment programs.
- Develop a statewide media plan for valued-added media opportunities.
- Recommend creative assets to place as part of the statewide media buy.
- Implement the statewide media plan.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars for existing social media accounts (Facebook) related to the state interactive quit line program that addresses tobacco cessation.
- Create graphics based on the monthly social media content calendars.
- Acquire creative assets to support the statewide media plan.
- Obtain creative assets from Centers.
- Update creative assets with relevant:
• Calls to action
• Logos
- Produce creative assets, as specified by agency, which may include the following:
• Video
• Audio
• Digital
• Social media assets
